These Health Center rules (hereinafter “rules”) are aimed at all persons, who use hotel “Vanagupė“ Health Center „Golden SPA“ (hereinafter “Golden SPA”) services. These people (hereinafter “Golden SPA”guests) have to make the acquaintance of the rules and consider them.
- SPA guest is allowed to start to use the services, just after he/she has became acquainted with these rules.
- It is recommended to consult your doctor before starting to use SPA services and present right information about physical and health condition to the SPA workers.
- It is prohibited to use strong drinks or narcotic materials, smoke in the SPA territory (gym, pool, baths’ zone and and ). Intoxicated guests are not admitted to Health Center.
- SPA guest must conduct so, that won’t hinder for the other SPA guests.
- Personal physical trainings and consultations give only SPA administrators.
- SPA guest must use Health Centre equipment properly and to keep corresponding equipment exploitation regulations; to keep recommendations and instructions of administrator. Every guest bears personal responsibility for his/her health disorders, injuries beginning purposely or carelessly through guest’s fault and accidents in SPA and it’s territory, except cases, when such injuries began through SPA fault.
- SPA is not responsible for the personal things left in the changing room, places of physical training and in the territory of swimming pool. SPA guest can leave their personal things in the changing room closet. The guest must lock the changing closet. You may leave valuables and money in the administrator’s safe. Before leaving SPA the guest must leave his changing closet unlocked.
- When leaving, please leave the key of your changing closet ant towels of SPA.
- In conflict situations, SPA has the right to call police or security service.
- Guests are not admitted to the service premises of the personnel.
- SPA is open from 9:00 a. m. till 9:00 p.m.. Guests are not admitted to SPA 15 minutes before the closure of its working hours; when SPA is closing guests must leave the SPA territory.
- Children under 12 years are allowed to be in the pool only under supervision of their parents.
- SPA guests, who come to the pool with under-age children, have to inform SPA administrator and carry out the indications. SPA guests, who come to the pool with under-age children, have to look after them, because they are responsible for children safety.
- It is recommended to take a shower after using SPA pool.
- Everyone has to lay the towel before sitting in the bath. It is prohibited to pour any liquids, which guests bring, on heating elements or benches. Before getting to the water, after sauna or baths, it is necessary to take a shower.
- Children under 16 years old are not aloud to use SPA pool and baths complex.
