Children’s playroom

On the ground floor of the hotel, there is a children’s playroom. During the warmer months, children can also enjoy the outdoor playground located next to the playroom.

Room cleaning services

Our housekeeping team will service your room daily. If you do not require the service, please place the “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door handle, which you will find in the room.

Change of bed linen

In line with Accor Hotels’ climate initiative, bed linen is usually changed after each stay. If you wish for your bed linen to be changed, please inform the reception by calling the short number 1000 or place a special card, which you will find on the table next to the bed, on your bed.

Change of towels

To support Accor Hotels climate initiative, the housekeeping team will not replace your towels if they are found hanging. Should you require new towels, please put them on the floor.

Laundry services

Laundry service is provided on weekdays. You will find the laundry/dry cleaning order form in the room wardrobe. Fill in the form in your room, drop your clothes in the laundry bag and leave it at reception before by 10:00 AM. Laundry will be returned by the next day by 12:00 PM. Smoking policy

The Hotel operates a strict non-smoking policy. Smoking is PROHIBITED in the room and on the balcony. Any evidence found will incur a 100 Eur cleaning fee added to the final bill. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

Parking

There are two parking areas available for cars – next to the main entrance and in the inner courtyard. If you wish to reserve a parking spot in advance, please contact the hotel reception. The service is charged.

Pets

Pet up to 15 kg in weight is allowed in the hotel. The service is chargeable. You must inform the hotel reception in advance if you wish to bring a pet. Rules for accommodation with pets.
